Monsters na Biosphere podem parecer visualmente semelhantes aos das masmorras anteriores, mas têm mecânicas alteradas:
* HP Aumentado, ATK, MATK, DEF e MDEF.
* Redução de dano de 90% em todos os mapas.
* Os monstros estão acima do nível 250. Isso aumenta a probabilidade de induzir Debuffs de Status nos jogadores.
* Raça, Tamanho, Elemento permanecem inalterados em relação às suas contrapartes normais.
* Monstro MVP de cada uma das Biosphere têm 99% de redução de dano.
